We’re searching for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager who is passionate about social media and deeply interested in the creator economy to join our expanding team. If you're ready to shape the voice of an innovative start-up in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you We’re looking for someone with: A minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on social media management experience, specifically within an in-house role for a B2C or D2C brand. Strategic & growth mindset: proven ability to demonstrate innovative, strategic thinking with a focus on disruptive and growth-oriented social media strategies. Strong analytical skills: capability to set, track and achieve KPIs that directly contribute to business growth. Community management skills: experience in building, managing and growing online communities, fostering positive engagement and driving brand loyalty. Social media tools: expertise in using social media management and analytics tools such us Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, or similar, to track performance and optimise campaigns. What’ll you be working on: Social media strategy : develop, implement and oversee the social media strategy and calendar across all company social channels, ensuring alignment with business goals. Daily social media management : handle day-to-day operations of all social media platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring consistent and timely content delivery. Community engagement : proactively manage online community interactions by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for followers while maintaining the brand’s voice and values. Asset creation : collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to lead the creation of engaging and high-quality social media content that drives engagement and brand awareness. Performance analysis & reporting : regularly monitor and analyse social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimise strategies and improve results.
