Senior .NET Developer

Express Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a firmly established and rapidly growing organisation that provide monitoring and security services and systems nationwide. As a result of growth, they are now looking for Senior .NET Developer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the role fully, generating new ideas and methods that can drive success, whilst also getting directly involved and hands-on with a variety of projects. The successful candidate can expect to receive a salary of up to c£55,000 D.O.E plus other benefits including hybrid working and 38 days annual leave. Roles & Responsibilities Develop and code reliable software using a variety of languages, frameworks and other tools including Node.JS, React and C#/VB.NET Develop documentation and training material conforming to relevant company standards and procedures Undertake testing and validation of developed code, documentation, and training materials as required Contribute to project planning, identifying and advising on technical tasks to be undertaken and the resources required for the projects Support Junior and Mid-Level Engineers with workload if required Providing post-sales support for existing products Skills & Experience Previous experience working in a similar Senior .Net Developer position Solid experience using Node.JS and React, as well as C#/VB.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript A degree in Computer Science (or similar) desirable, along with any further IT-related certifications Knowledge of cloud technology including MS Azure Good knowledge of networking infrastructure beneficial, including Ethernet and TCP/IP Familiarity with regional databases and Linux OS a bonus Any experience with embedded/hardware engineering beneficial About Express Recruitment Express Recruitment has been offering exceptional recruitment solutions across the East Midlands since 1987, “exceeding expectations every time” of over 267,000 candidates.
