Experis are recruiting a Service Desk Engineer for our client based in Mayfair, Central London. Role: Service Desk Engineer Location: Mayfair, 4 days in office, 1 day remote Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 plus bonus This client has a goal to be the ultimate technology partner for privately owned global businesses, they support private businesses within shipping, real estate, energy, banking and investments, with teams across London and New York. Responsibilities: Working as an IT Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing IT Service Desk Support to all end users across this customers clients portfolio. You'll need to maintain service availability and address any issues that users encounter. Service request will need to be carried out for IT equipment provision, these predominantly consist of Laptops, Mobiles, Docking Stations and Monitors to name a few items. We require someone that has 5 years managing multiple tickets in a fast paced environment, as well as someone with extensive M365 support experience.
