M365 Technical Consultant / SME – Microsoft Viva We are on the lookout for a M365 Technical Consultant / SME to join a global tech organisation, this role is focused on an employee experience platform that brings together communications, knowledge, learning, resources, and insights of the flow of work. A mix of strong technical experience and excellent customer relationship experience is key to this role. Experience: Leading clients through enabling Microsoft VIVA Working with a diverse level of customers (Enterprise, SMC or SMB) Driving technical collaboration and engagement Powering their digital transformation Customer focused Assisting clients in overcoming technical obstacles Strong problem-solving skills Business outcome focused Technical Requirements: Microsoft Viva (Viva Engage, Viva Insights or Viva Glint) Microsoft 365 / Teams AI Understanding This is a little tastier of the role and a more detailed spec is available upon request.
