Role: Head of Change Management Rate: £650 - £750pd Location: Somerset Duration: 12 Months IR35: Inside IR35 Client: Public Sector | Defence | Maritime Experis are working with a Public Sector | Defence | Maritime client recruiting a The Head of Business Change Management who will be responsible for establishing a change management function within an established organisation where one doesn’t exist function. What To Expect This is a newly created role the Head of Business Change Management will be responsible for working together and in collaboration with key stakeholders to scope, shape and embed a new change system and change management functions. They will work closely with the transformation project and programme teams to: Understand and establish a coherent change system, to make more effective decisions around the scope and scale of change activity impacting people and teams and thereby establishing an annual work plan of change. Lead the business change team in the embedding change activity into teams and new behaviours across large-scale, complex transformation projects and programmes (including status, release dates, issue/risks and business readiness) and report adoption status to various stakeholders. What You'll Need Experience in; Leading change control and governance to ensure best practice and the achievement of benefits realisation in line with strategic objectives. Experience of building change capability within organisations Significant experience in applying business change management and implementation best practice in a complex environment as part of a digital transformation programme. Applying change frameworks and methodologies to successfully implement and embed change across an organisation. Following qualifications and / or have membership to: APMG Change Management Practitioner / Prosci / Change Management in Defence (CMiD) Managing Successful Programmes Practitioner APM Practitioner Qualification APM Registered Project Professional
