Interim Service Delivery Manager

Who are ExamWorksUK? We are a group of companies working in the legal, accident management and healthcare sectors currently looking for an Interim Head of Service Delivery to join us on a 3 month contract basis. The purpose of the role is the strategic and tactical management of the delivery of IT Services to the Examworks UK Group; including support, infrastructure and disaster recovery. Responsibilities included will be: Looking after the IT Strategy, Service delivery management, IT Team management, Infrastructure management, Security and compliance, Telephony management, Programme management, project management, Business Continuity planning, Procurement, Group IT Management and budget management.
