Job Title: German speaking Technical Support Advisor Location: Slough (office based - no hybrid offered) Salary: £26,000 - £34,000 per annum Contract: Permanent, Full-time Hours: 7am – 3pm, Monday to Friday We are looking for a German-speaking Technical Support Specialist to join our client's team in Slough. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing vital technical support to our client's employees. If you are fluent in German, have technical support experience, and are based within a commutable distance to Slough, this role could be perfect for you Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 1 remote and occasional desk-side technical support . Receive and log all phone calls, emails, and web forms within the service desk tracking system , and aim to resolve incidents or requests at the first point of contact . Liaise with 3rd party support providers to escalate and resolve support queries as needed. Act as an escalation point for the 1st line Desktop Support Team to help resolve various IT support-related issues. What We’re Looking For: Fluency in German is essential. Previous technical support experience is essential. Must be within a commutable distance to Slough and able to work 5 days a week in the office. Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
