IT Engineer Location - Hybrid or on-site – London or Bristol Indicative Salary range £32,500 to £43,000 (flexible depending upon seniority) Eunomia work a "nine-day fortnight" . Job Description This is an exciting new role within our growing IT team to help achieve the company’s expanding goals across a broad range of technology adoption. The role will be a mix of project and deployment work alongside responding to general IT incidents and requests with a focus on customer service. We are looking for someone who is keen to explore and push new technologies with specific focus on Azure/ 365 ecosystem and use of Fabric, PowerBI, Power apps and AI integration. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Reporting to the Head of IT, the role will encompass: · Evaluating and testing new platforms and software as required · Proactively managing and supporting the Office 365 and Azure environment · Driving the adoption of best use of Fabric and PowerBi · Management and deployment of AI within the IT landscape · Supporting the Head of IT with Ad hoc duties as required · Helping with the provision of first/second line support and the installation, configuring and managing all user IT equipment Personal Characteristics · Good communication and organisation skills · Works well within a team environment but also comfortable working off your own initiative. · Understanding of PowerBi setup and PowerApp development · Understanding of Databases and DBA around fabric workspaces · Understanding of code use R studio / Python for data analysis & visualisation · Ability to logically troubleshoot and diagnose problems · Desire to learn and develop new skills · A strong understanding of Office 365 Administration and licensing · Experience with service desk ticketing systems preferably Jira Our ideal candidate will have · A track record of managing and implementing IT projects · Good project management skills · Knowledge of Cloud platforms and technologies · Excellent Communication skills · Knowledge of website development php/css/sql etc · Python / R scripting / Powershell · Experience of Power apps or creating a front-end web interface Benefits You will be part of a supportive and friendly values-led work environment, with continued professional development opportunities. All of us have a monthly wellbeing allowance and can take an additional 2 days leave a year for volunteering.
