Position Summary My client is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Professional to join their Security Operations Team as a SOC Manager . This role requires deep expertise in Security Operations Centers (SOC), team leadership, and hands-on experience with security tools such as SIEM, EDR, AV, and Firewalls/Gateways . Key Responsibilities As a SOC Manager , you will lead a team of 24x7x365 SOC Analysts , ensuring efficient security monitoring, incident response, and adherence to SLAs. Reporting to the Associate Director of Security Operations , your responsibilities include: ✅ Leading and managing the Security Operations Center (SOC) to ensure 24/7 security monitoring and incident response. ✅ Overseeing alert reviews, triaging, and end-to-end incident management. ✅ Ensuring compliance with SLAs, process adherence, and continuous improvement of security operations. ✅ Driving the development and execution of SOC strategies and operational frameworks. ✅ Defining, implementing, and maintaining security processes and procedures. ✅ Developing reports, dashboards, and metrics for SOC operations , presenting findings to leadership. ✅ Coordinating with stakeholders and maintaining strong working relationships. ✅ Managing SOC enhancements, performance, and financial costs.
