Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to derive insights from large datasets and deliver actionable results. Communicate complex analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Stay up to date on the latest advancements in AI and data science, and contribute to our continuous innovation efforts. Lead and mentor junior data scientists as the team grows. About You 5 years of experience in data science, preferably within consulting or financial services . Proven hands-on experience developing and deploying LLMs and other advanced machine learning models. Strong academic background in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field; graduate degree preferred. Excellent communication skills in English , both written and verbal. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. Nice to Have Experience working with US-based clients or teams. Familiarity with data privacy and compliance frameworks relevant to financial services. Contributions to open-source projects or research in AI/ML.
