About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning (AIML) Tech Lead to drive innovation and development in AI/ML initiatives. This role involves overseeing the design, development, and implementation of AIML solutions, supporting pilot projects, and leading GenAI research and development. You will provide technical consultancy, develop prototypes, and ensure seamless AI adoption across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead AI/ML research, strategy, and development efforts, focusing on GenAI and RAG-based solutions. Provide technical consultancy, mentorship, and enablement for AI/ML teams. Oversee the prototyping, deployment, and optimization of AIML models. Manage risk and ensure compliance with AI governance standards. Communicate business value and AI strategies to key stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field. 7 years of experience in AI/ML development and leadership roles. Expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and GenAI technologies. Strong understanding of model development, deployment, and risk management. Proven ability to present AI/ML solutions to business stakeholders.
