Our client, a global investment firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join their team Responsibilities : Develop and maintain in-house applications used for structured investment products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions. Ensure high performance and availability of mission-critical systems. Participate in system architecture design, requirements analysis, and testing phases. Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant field 5-6 years of experience as a software developer, with experience at the mid-to-senior level. Financial services background with experience working in investment firms or similar industries. Candidates from companies like Client, JPMorgan, or Charles Schwab are preferred. Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Excel, and SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services). Knowledge of C# is a plus. Expertise in developing applications for investment management or related financial services. Strong understanding of investment tools such as fixed income, bonds, investment equity, and other financial instruments. Ability to work in a collaborative, hybrid environment with a mix of remote and in-office work (3 days per week in the office).
