What We Are Looking For
- Someone who can lead the design, architecture, and development of major features and services within the product.
- Mentor - someone who can provide technical leadership to a team of engineers, guiding them on best practices.
- Collaborator - someone with great communication skills that can work with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Experience
The ideal candidate has:
- 8+ years of experience in software development, with 3+ years in a senior engineering role.
- Strong experience with cloud system design / service oriented architecture (Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure).
- Expertise in the full software development lifecycle, including Agile methodologies, code reviews, and version control.
The ideal candidate can:
- Show us a product they’ve built from the ground up.
- Describe an engineering problem they’ve overcome.
- Tell us what they love about Software.
Experience with these technologies is also a plus: Ruby/Rails, React, Terraform, Dagger
