Head of Business Support (Insurance & Claims) - £95,000 - £100,000 A newly created position, your role will encompass a variety of services aimed at ensuring the effective delivery of customer service and claims handling. Collaborating closely with the Head of Operations, your responsibilities include implementing and attaining service delivery goals in areas such as quality, training, complaints management, resource allocation and forecasting, management information, and change management. Your responsibilities Business support Quality control People management and relationships Skills and Experience Ideal candidates for this role will have a background in business analysis, process improvement, or operational excellence, particularly within financial service operations or corporate environments. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in stakeholder management, requirements management, and process enhancement, including digitalization and automation. Proficiency in data analysis, business process modelling, analysis tools, and methodologies is essential. Strong leadership skills are required, with the ability to engage and influence individuals at all levels.
