About the Company: Leading consulting business looking for a Manager in their Global Business Services/ Shared Services About the Role: Consulting Experience: Successfully deliver consulting projects and / or workstreams across Operating Model, GBS and/or digital including change management from mobilisation through to execution Lead and deliver client working sessions/workshops and produce high quality deliverables Develop good working relationships with client and other internal teams such as advisory, benchmarking and technology teams Identify sales sell on opportunities and support sales proposals/pitches Support internal development, build and marketing of intellectual capital related to area of expertise Work on UK, International and Global clients across various industries Technical Experience: Strong experience in either Global Business Services/Shared services, or Target Operating Model design and implementation Good working knowledge across key finance processes i.e. PTP, OTC, RTR and FP&A, or be an SME in one area Good functional understanding of Tier 1 ERP platform capability (SAP, Oracle and Microsoft) and ideally finance systems deployment experience Good awareness of HR and IT processes Awareness of benchmarking practices and capability maturity assessments Good understanding of business transformation and programme management lifecycle practices Awareness of current and emerging market trends Unfortunately our client do not offer Visa sponsorship
