Business Analyst - Change & Process - Permanent - £70,000 - £75,000 - London / Hybrid We're working with a global Insurance business who are looking for a Business Analyst to join their global central change function in line with business growth strategy. The client are looking for a Business Analyst with experience working within the Financial Services domain with a successful track record working on Business Process mapping & improvement. To be considered for this role you must have: Experience working within the Financial Services domain - Insurance experience is highly advantageous. Experience working as a Business Change Analyst with process mapping experience - (this is not a technical Business Analyst opportunity) Excellent stakeholder management skills, experience working with cross-functional teams. Experience in Lean/Six Sigma is highly advantageous. Experience in requirements gathering, working with the business to conduct workshops and interviews. Please note: this opportunity is based in London, with 2 days per week required in the City of London office.
