3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer / Bracknell / £44,000 - £46,000 pa Windows / Azure / Intune / Hyper-v / Disaster Recover / AD / 3rd line / Tier 3 We are currently recruiting for an 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer to work for our fantastic client. As the Infrastructure Engineer, you will support, maintain and enhance the on-premises and cloud infrastructure. This role is customer focused and you will work with all levels in the business as well as third party providers where required. The Infrastructure Engineer will act as a point of escalation for junior engineers and the wider organisation . Key Responsibilities: Supporting the optimal performance and stability of the enterprise infrastructure and all associated systems through appropriate monitoring and regular preventative maintenance measures, and ensuring all systems are properly protected and service can be restored in the event of a disaster. Providing 3rd line support, ensuring an excellent level of customer service through the prompt and efficient handling of tickets from 1st and 2nd line escalation Experience Required: Proven experience supporting, maintaining and enhancing for a broad range of infrastructure services covering key skills below: Windows Server 2016 or above (Installation, management, and troubleshooting)Azure cloud services, in particular configuring virtual machines, Azure Virtual Machine and Azure Site Recovery Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Microsoft based networking services (DNS and DHCP) Hyper-V, including Cluster Services; and/or VMWare ESXi Good general knowledge of networking principles, and a basic level of administration ability Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Administration, Entra, MFA, Azure Arc, Microsoft 365 Security etc. Windows / Azure / Intune / Hyper-v / Disaster Recover / AD / 3rd line / Tier 3 If this role sounds of interest and you think your skills match the requirements, please send me your CV and I will call you to discuss in more detail.
