About the role Senior Software Engineer, contributing as an IC and collaborator in a flat structure Defining, owning and executing aspects of the technical roadmap in line with startup goals Architecting and developing complex WebGL interfaces, leveraging experiences from prior roles Building high-performance applications using Typescript, particularly in gaming or graphics-intensive environments Optimising server-side logic and infrastructure with a focus on intelligent caching and real-time query management Implementing WebAssembly and VMs for improved efficiency and scalability Writing clean, efficient TypeScript code for smooth deployments Collaborating with cross-functional teams Responsibilities 5-10 years of relevant experience, you are likely at Senior Engineer or Principal Engineer level Proficiency in TypeScript Ability to work independently and prioritise quality Strong academic background, preferably from elite institution or a highly technical degree. Experience in a flat structure with a focus on customer engagement Nice to have Experience in WebGL and interface development from companies like Figma, Miro or even a software gaming company Background in high-performance, graphics-intensive environments Compensation Renumeration £110k-£140k with share options
