Coms Supervisor/Manager

You'll oversee the commissioning, diagnostics, and repair of Windows and Linux PCs, networking gear, and proprietary LED signage hardware (think Novastar, Absen, Daks). Plus, you'll lead a team of engineers, ensuring seamless service delivery for clients across the UK. What You'll Do: Technical wizardry: Build, diagnose, and commission systems, networks, and LED signage tech. Project management: Oversee multiple projects at once, from hardware installs to network deployments. Team leadership: Manage and mentor a small team of engineers, providing training and guidance. Client interaction: Collaborate with clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time and exceed expectations.Key Skills: Tech expertise: Strong experience with Windows and Linux systems, networking devices, and LED signage (Novastar expertise is a plus). Problem-solving pro: You'll troubleshoot routers, perform component-level diagnostics, and keep everything running smoothly. Leadership: Supervise a team, handle performance reviews, and help your team grow. Client relations: You'll be the go-to person for clients, delivering top-notch service with a smile.What We're Looking For: Experience managing teams and delivering complex technical projects. Strong background in networking and LED signage technology. A proactive, can-do attitude with excellent communication and organisational skills.
