In the market-making team, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and supporting a range of advanced front-office applications. In this hands-on role, you’ll be exposed to various aspects of the trading systems, working closely with quants and other developers. Your initial focus will be on full-stack development and integrating a new React UI, before transitioning into backend development long-term. One of the reasons why staff turnover is so low here is that your ideas for adding new tools and technologies to improve automation or execution will always be valued. In this flat-structured environment, you’ll be mentored by a developer with 20 years of hands-on experience in systematic trading, ensuring you have the support and guidance you need to excel.
