We are seeking a Head of IT Service Delivery for a leading blue-chip organisation that is embarking on a significant transformation of its systems and processes to support continued business growth. In this role, you will be instrumental in refining processes and overseeing the implementation of new systems. Your experience with both in-house IT teams and managing relationships with outsourced Managed Service Providers (MSPs) will be crucial to your success. Role Overview: Transition Expertise: You ideally have experience managing IT service transitions, with a focus on delivering seamless change. Service Delivery: Manage and oversee the day-to-day IT service delivery for the business, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and 3rd party suppliers. Service Levels & Performance: Ensure that IT services are delivered effectively and that service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met or exceeded. Integration & Improvement: Lead the integration of IT services and develop service improvement plans to enhance overall performance. Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and report on service performance metrics, identifying areas for continuous improvement. Team Development: Play a key role in the development and upskilling of internal team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
