The role: SMF 16/17 combined roll. Manage and deliver the Compliance, AML and Risk responsibilities in LCIP and provide the SMF 16/17 capability. Supported by Compliance, Risk and Operational resources. Reporting to CEO and with an independent reporting line to the Board. The person: 10 years relevant experience (asset management, equities) with immediate credibility to institutional clients and regulatory bodies. Knowledge and experience to efficiently and effectively own and deliver key compliance and regulatory obligations including but not limited to AML, Market Abuse, Conflict of Interest Register, Personal Account Dealing oversight.
