You will assist in the submission and workflow management of documentation required for compliance within our Quality Management System. You will assist in establishing and continuously improving the standardization and simplification of technical writing processes, procedures, and style guidelines. You will contribute to documentation development lifecycle improvements that enable the efficient delivery of quality documentation content across the organization. You will convert legacy/previous formatting to latest formatting/style guidelines. You will create documentation based on standardized templates and will analyze and edit content to maintain continuity of style and content. You will assess the audience needs for whom the technical and procedural documentation is intended; adjusting tone and technical terms used to meet those needs and to ensure understanding. You will conduct document reviews and collect input from stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of the technical documentation. Tech-savvy Technical Writer with strong writing skills and a passion for tools, automation, and AI. Experience in regulated industries (pharma, medical, etc.) Looking for some solid writing expertise. Some familiarity with AI or automation solutions scripting if they have a little Python experience or some basic scripting experience, that would be helpful. Not all listed technical tools are required. A strong willingness to learn and grow into the role is highly valued. What Makes you Successful (Required Sills and Experience): You have a solid understanding of Medical Device, or related, system and SW technical details and the ability to write the documents required for r internal and external auditors. You bring 5 years of proven experience producing, editing, and proofreading technical software documentation including converting and translating technical instructions and information into content intended for a variety of audiences and levels. You have experience with optimizing documentation related process to reduce manual effort and increase workflow effectiveness. You have a strong technical acumen and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies. You have proven ability to deliver high-quality detail-oriented documentation. You have proven ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and illustrations to wide-ranging audiences. You have excellent English language skills (writing, reading, and listening). You are highly proficient with the Microsoft Office suite. You have experience with the SDLC and Agile software development methodologies including Scrum and Kanban. You have experience with eQMS Systems, particularly documentation and change management processes. You have proven ability to organize and manage your workload and time while handling multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization. You have proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics. You possess strong written and oral communication skills. You exhibit a high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
