If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven by challenges, we want to hear from you Responsibilities: Innovate and craft custom UI components from the ground up, improving user experience and platform functionality. Lead, mentor, and inspire a small team of frontend engineers. Uphold high standards for code quality, maintainability, and performance, promoting best practices and industry standards. Develop and implement scalable and reliable front-end systems utilizing the latest technologies. Collaborate closely with design and backend teams to ensure seamless integrations. Stay aligned with business requirements to ensure timely delivery of outstanding features. Requirements: Expertise in React.JS & Typescript Start Up Experience A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a technical lead or similar role Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related domain (or equivalent experience). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively Experience with testing tools like Jest, Cypress, Mocha, and Chai. Experience with Redux
