Key Responsibilities: Feature Implementation & Enhancement : Design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements for existing and new applications. Application Development : Develop, maintain, and optimize large-scale applications and their underlying infrastructure on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. API Development : Focus on the development of APIs for customized healthcare CRM solutions. Code Quality : Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and industry standards. Code Review & Performance Testing : Actively participate in code reviews and performance testing to ensure software quality. UI Design : Propose and implement user interface (UI) solutions to simplify complex user flows. DevOps & Automation : Work with DevOps technologies to automate delivery pipelines and improve deployment processes. Rapid Prototyping : Prototype new features for fast releases and continuous improvement. Requirements: Experience : 5-10 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development . Extensive knowledge of development technologies including .NET Core , C# , Entity Framework , React Native , SQL Server , Angular , Web API , JavaScript , HTML5 , CSS3 , Telerik Kendo UI , JSON , Bootstrap , etc. Experience with Electronic Medical/Health Records (EMR) , FHIR , HL7 , or healthcare-related systems. Strong experience in SQL and relational database development. Proven experience using Azure DevOps and Visual Studio 2019 Enterprise . Familiarity with CRM , ERP , or EMR applications is a plus. Strong programming skills in .NET , .NET Core , C# , JavaScript , and MVC frameworks. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code, specifically using Azure DevOps and GitHub . Knowledge of performance testing and unit testing . Skills : Ability to develop scalable and maintainable software solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Experience working in Agile development environments. Ability to work independently and drive development tasks with minimal supervision. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
