About the Role Diligenta is excited to announce multiple vacancies for Senior Project Managers to join our Change and Transformation team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for seasoned Project Managers to take a significant step forward in their careers by contributing to large-scale projects within a leading Financial Services organisation known for its supportive culture and commitment to continuous improvement. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in the end-to-end management and delivery of projects and programme work-streams within the Change space. You will be pivotal in leading the charge to meet project deadlines while adhering to budget and scope, ensuring seamless execution and successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Delivery: Oversee the management and delivery of change projects or programme work-streams, ensuring all project objectives are met within the agreed timeframes and budget. Project Management Discipline: Apply appropriate project management methodologies, including planning, resourcing, scheduling, monitoring, and managing risks, issues, and dependencies. Resource Management: Lead the overall planning and management of project resources, including developing robust contingency plans to deliver agreed solutions. Team Building & Motivation: Establish an effective project organisation structure, shape and build the project team, and ensure the team is well-managed and motivated throughout the project lifecycle. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and key customers to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the project. What We’re Looking For Extensive Project Management Experience: Demonstrated success in managing large, complex programmes and projects, particularly within the Financial Services sector. Industry Expertise: Experience within the Financial Services industry is essential, with a preference for those with a background in Life and Pensions. Diverse Project Portfolio: A proven track record in managing both IT and Operational/Business Change projects. Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and customers at all levels. Full Project Lifecycle Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation through to delivery and closure. Regulatory Awareness: Knowledge of the regulatory environment within Financial Services and how it impacts project delivery.
