Position Overview: Experienced Software Development Team Lead, you will lead a team of six skilled software engineers, specialising in both front-end (React) and back-end (.NET) development, operating on the Azure cloud platform. Your role will be pivotal in driving the team to deliver end-to-end projects on time and to the highest standards. Role Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of six software engineers across front-end and back-end development. Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Collaborate closely with offshore development teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient workflow. Regularly report project progress to the CEO and Operations Director, highlighting achievements and addressing any challenges. Identify and resolve issues that may arise within the development team, providing technical guidance and support as needed. Ensure all projects adhere to Agile methodologies, fostering a collaborative and iterative development process. Key Requirements: Proven experience in leading and managing software development teams, with a strong track record of successful project delivery. Expertise in front-end (React) and back-end (.NET) development, with a solid understanding of Azure cloud services. Experience working with offshore development teams, ensuring effective collaboration and project integration. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Agile software development lifecycle. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
