Senior Business Analyst - Commodities, FX Options & Derivatives Technology Location Address: Hybrid-Toronto Contract Duration: 6 months with possibility of Extension Business group: GBME - Commodities, FX Options & Derivatives Technology: Global Banking and Markets Engineering (GBME) Project: BAU Enhancements and Production Support Reason for request: New project requirement Responsibilities • Respond to user queries, triage requests, and debug reported issues to support day to day functionality of Murex FXO system from front to back • Gather requirements, develop test plan, and support delivery for prioritized enhancements • Consistently communicate with multiple stakeholders including front facing users, downstream, and vendor contacts to coordinate ongoing work • Support ongoing maintenance of JIRA and ServiceNow spaces and contributing/ensuring BAU documentation remains up to date Must Have Skills: - 10 years as a BA/BSA/Analyst - 3 years recent Capital Markets experience including front-to-back-office workflow (Trading, Risks, Back Office, Regulation, front office) - 3 years’ experience conducting BAU support for capital market users, working with users, triaging issues & coordinate resolution with multiple teams, and requirement gathering. Nice-To-Have Skills: - MUREX (preferred) or Wallstreet experience is a strong asset - Databases: MS-SQL is a strong asset - Experience with FX - Unix/Linux Bash scripting experience is an asset - Experience designing, developing, and implementing ETL tools Best Vs Average: Seeking resources with exposure with Capital Markets support.
