L’Analyste Fonctionnel TI sera responsable de la prise de besoins technologiques à travers les différents départements de l’entreprise ayant plus de 150 employés. PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT • Être le premier Analyste d’Affaires TI à l’interne, dans un environnement principalement sur Microsoft 365 • Comprendre les besoins des employés, documenter les exigences et suggérer des solutions techniques • Contribuer aux projets du portail client (CRM), des processus d’affaires (Workflow) et de conformité • Œuvrer au cœur d’une équipe TI d’environ 10 personnes et travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Gestionnaire de Projets TI et le Directeur TI PROFIL • 3 années d’expérience en tant qu’Analyste Fonctionnel TI • Expérience professionnelle en documentation de flux de travail pour identifier les améliorations • Bonnes habiletés relationnelles, écoute, autonomie, aisance à challenger les besoins • Maîtrise de l’environnement Microsoft 365 • BAC en informatique ou l’équivalent • Bilinguisme requis (Français et Anglais) ______________ The IT Functional Analyst will be responsible for meeting technological needs across the various departments of the company with more than 150 employees.
