We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Risk Analyst to join our Risk Function on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract . This is a high-visibility role, providing direct support to the Head of Risk and contributing to strategic risk management initiatives across our global operations. As an Enterprise Risk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing DaVita’s risk management framework. Your primary responsibilities will include: Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure that risk is embedded into all aspects of decision-making. Monitoring risks, controls, and key risk indicators, while providing second-line assurance and challenge on root causes and remediation of risk events. Leading the identification of trends and themes from risk events and supporting risk assessment activities at both international and country levels. Assisting the Head of Risk with the delivery of key functional priorities, including governance and oversight of first-line operations. Supporting the preparation and facilitation of the quarterly Risk Management Committee, ensuring all reporting deadlines are met. Conducting risk management training sessions and ensuring operations are aligned with DaVita's risk appetite. Performing control testing and root cause analysis to improve our risk response and mitigation efforts. Monitoring regulatory developments and assessing their impact on the business in collaboration with the Head of Risk. Acting as a trusted advisor on risk-related matters to senior executives, including the International President and CEO. What will you need? We are looking for an Enterprise Risk Analyst who brings a blend of strong qualifications, technical expertise, and interpersonal skills: 2 years of experience in Risk Management or Audit, ideally within a global or multi-location organisation. Excellent communication and presentation skills—able to synthesise complex information and convey it to senior management with clarity and impact. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to structure ambiguous problems, generate and test hypotheses, and develop creative solutions. Proven ability to build trust-based relationships and work effectively across business functions, diverse teams, and multi-location stakeholders. Strong planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills to juggle competing workstreams and follow up effectively on multiple tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation. A proactive, innovative approach to problem-solving, with attention to detail and the ability to think independently. An innovation mindset—able to approach problems from multiple perspectives and generate creative, forward-thinking solutions. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation, actively listen, and engage across teams.
