We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our client at a leading retail bank. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the bank's efforts to combat financial crime. Rate: up to £430 a day (Inside IR35) Contract Length: 9 Months Initially (Very High Chance of Extension) Location: Mainly Remote with occasional travel to Office Start Date: January 2025 Key Responsibilities: Engage with stakeholders to build and maintain strong working relationships. Plan and manage the business analysis approach on projects, leveraging a variety of tools and techniques. Apply analytical skills to define and communicate clear, concise, and actionable business requirements. Gather detailed requirements and designs from high-level features. Analyze the business impact of requirements and ensure business readiness for change. Lead or participate in initiatives to enhance business analysis capabilities within the team. Key Skills and Experiences: Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within an IT or Business Change program. Strong understanding of Fraud and Financial Crime domains. Solid experience in applying Business Analysis methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
