Business Analyst / Project Manager (RPA - Robotic Process Automation) Permanent Location: Home / Oxford (once a month in Oxford region) Salary: £45 - 50K excellent benefits) Skills: Business Analysis, RPA (Blue Prism desirable), Agile, Excellent communication skills We are looking to recruit a Business Analyst for a high-profile, technology-driven public sector organisation. You will join a dynamic and collaborative RPA team of Developers where your contributions will directly impact the success of cutting-edge projects. If you're passionate about technology, eager to work in a hybrid BA/PM role, and thrive in an energetic environment, we want to hear from you This is a hybrid role and although largely working from home, you will need to be flexible to travel to meetings on-site in the Oxfordshire, Berkshire regions as required, so will need to live in this locality. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Business Analysis: Lead the discovery phase, conducting user requirement analysis, and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to document user stories. Process Documentation: Create detailed "AS IS" and "TO BE" process flows, and effectively communicate these to developers using tools like Visio or similar. Project Leadership: Drive RPA projects, particularly with Blue Prism, from inception to delivery, working closely with developers to implement and refine solutions. Hybrid Role: Function as both a Business Analyst and a Project Manager, overseeing project progress and ensuring alignment with business goals. Agile Methodology: Apply Agile principles to streamline project execution and enhance team collaboration. Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience: Minimum 1 years as a Business Analyst / Project Manager, with at least 12 months of hands-on experience in RPA projects, ideally with Blue Prism. Technical Environment: Exposure to Blue Prism RPA, Salesforce CRM (Marketing Cloud a plus), and PowerPlatform. Proficiency in creating process flow diagrams using Visio or similar tools. Skills: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. Self-starter with a consultative approach and a track record of working independently. Versatility: Experience in a smaller business environment, accustomed to wearing many hats and driving multiple aspects of a project from start to finish.
