Main Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for overseas regional budget forecasting and budget management guided by operational indicators, including but not limited to: Develop regional financial budgets based on business objectives and reality. Implement budget target decomposition and follow up on closed-loop management of the entire budget process, based on baseline data and company operating indicators. Assist the region in implementing the rolling forecast of revenue, gross margin, marginal revenue, and other operating indicators, and reveal the risk of operating achievement to the business department in a timely manner through multi-dimensional comparison and analysis of the forecast, guided by the budget management system. 2. Continuously conduct business analysis to uncover the underlying business reasons behind data, assist in business decision-making, and drive problem closure. 3. Deeply participate in daily business operations and decision-making, including but not limited to input-output analysis, promotion plan review, profit and loss point calculation, gross margin calculation, and internal financial and tax facilitation. 4. Participate in regional projects, including financial element reviews for bidding and contracts, provide project financial solutions, avoid financial and tax risks, promote business compliance, and achieve project excellence. 5. Be responsible for regional operation asset management, including receivables and inventory control, improve receivables structure, and continuously optimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and Inventory Turnover (ITO). 6. Participate in internal and external compliance management of subsidiaries within the region, including taxation, auditing, local document management, fund business, etc. 7. Responsible for expanding and maintaining relationships with banks, tax bureaus, credit insurance institutions, financing resources, and customer finance within the region. Key Attributes: At least 5 years of work experience in overseas financial operations. Work experience in business analysis, proposing business improvement suggestions based on mining business root causes from data. Budget forecasting for large and medium-sized enterprises, able to independently prepare budgets and carry out rolling forecast management. Strong communication and coordination skills, problem-solving and result-oriented. Required Skills and Qualifications Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) Eligible to work in the UK Excellent communication and presenting abilities, as well as a solid grasp of the Mandarin (written and spoken).
