Salesforce Developer

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with the Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, integration, and development of large-scale projects. This role is available for varying levels of seniority, from Intermediate to Lead Developer. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Salesforce.com. Configure and customize the Salesforce platform, including Sales & Service Cloud and/or Financial Services Cloud. Develop and maintain applications using APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and Salesforce Data Model. Integrate Salesforce applications with third-party systems using Mulesoft, REST API, and event-based integration patterns. Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and implement effective solutions. Ensure best practices for Salesforce development, security, and compliance. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers (for Lead Developer roles). Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality and development practices. Must-Have Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 5 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and development. Hands-on expertise with the Lightning platform, including APEX, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Data Model. Solid understanding of the Salesforce architecture and its product suite, including Sales & Service Cloud and/or Financial Services Cloud. Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using Mulesoft, REST API, and event-driven architecture. Strong background in web development technologies such as Java, C#, HTML, XML, JSP, and JavaScript. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Experience with Cloud Computing, virtualization, and SaaS platforms beyond CRM. Expertise in data migration initiatives within Salesforce environments. Background in implementing CRM solutions within the financial sector. Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps best practices and tools such as Flosum or Copado. Knowledge of Wealth Management business processes and workflows. Experience working with DevOps pipelines, including building Destructive.xml files and managing rollback strategies in Salesforce. Exposure to Einstein Analytics for Predictive Analytics and Next Best Action recommendations
