The Technical Project Manager will work closely alongside the Engineering and Product Management teams as well as key clients to facilitate seamless API integrations. This role is perfect for someone who is from a hands on software engineering background who is, results-oriented, and passionate about innovation in the FinTech space. Key Responsibilities - Lead and Inspire: Manage backend teams, facilitate seamless API integrations, and enhance platform capabilities. - Champion Customer Needs: Advocate for users throughout the product development process, ensuring that the end product delivers real value. - Coordinate Remote Teams: Foster collaboration and accountability within remote engineering teams. - Optimise Performance: Monitor and analyse product performance, using insights to drive continuous improvement and maintain operational excellence. Ideal Candidate Profile: 5 years experience in Project Management Solid background in software, with hands-on experience in architecture, engineering Strong Technical knowledge with a deep understanding of APIs Experience within startup or scaleups Ability to manage complex projects with a keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Excellent documentation and communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into clear, actionable plans. Focused on delivering solutions that address real business needs and enhance the user experience.
