Technical Systems Development: Translate business needs into technical specifications, document requirements, and develop systems for reporting and analysis. Data Integration & Analysis: Integrate and analyze data from various sources to support business objectives and decision-making processes. Training & Documentation: Create and maintain process documentation and training materials for end users. Reporting & Opportunities: Identify opportunities for new reporting capabilities to align with client objectives and improve overall data management. Challenges & Opportunities: Collaborate with the Wando D&I Team to customize standard reports. Maintain and develop SharePoint lists, workflows, and bespoke PowerBI reports. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless operations for end users. What We're Looking For: Language Proficiency: Excellent oral and written English skills are essential. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations to derive meaningful insights from data. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in data models and Business Intelligence tools like Power BI. Stakeholder Management: Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders. Analytical Skills: Expertise in analyzing complex data to support informed decision-making. Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and manage complex projects. Relevant Experience: Proven experience in a similar role focusing on data manipulation, analysis, and performance analytics. Communication & Influence: Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills.
