Platform Owner

Role Overview: Drive feature execution and delivery by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architects, product owners, and developers. Take charge of administering, configuring, and developing the Salesforce and nCino platform to meet organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Partner with the nCino Product Owner and stakeholders to develop a strategic roadmap for advancing the nCino platform and related systems, incorporating architecture, methodologies, frameworks, and tools Design, document, build, test, and deploy improvements to nCino custom objects, page layouts, workflows, alerts, reports, dashboards, and processes to enhance data quality, process integrity, and productivity. Develop and document best practices for support frameworks interfacing with nCino management, including release management strategies. Collaborate with IT to ensure all data integrations between Salesforce, nCino systems, and the Informatica environment are engineered, developed, documented, and supported to meet business objectives. Uphold change management, vendor management, and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) policies, while adhering to Information Security protocols. Coordinate with business units to gather requirements, create project/process specifications, manage project timelines and budgets, and align initiatives with IT strategy Stay informed on emerging technology trends to identify opportunities for deploying technology-driven business improvement Evaluate multiple projects, analyzing complexity, constraints, and dependencies while negotiating agreements and commitments between stakeholders Serve as a resource for end-users facing system challenges, ensuring support is efficient and effective Clearly communicate the product vision, technical requirements, and roadmap to stakeholders across departments. Required Skills: Proven success in launching and managing technology platforms Strong grasp of software development lifecycles, such as Agile, and associated methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Outstanding communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
