Key Responsibilities: Ensure D365 meets business needs and act as the primary contact for new functionalities. Collaborate with IT and vendors for seamless back-end integrations. Identify challenges and opportunities related to D365. Develop and support custom Dynamics CRM solutions. Lead ongoing development of D365 modules and troubleshoot existing custom developments. Qualifications: Experience in Microsoft CRM development, preferably Dynamics 365. Proficient in system configuration and custom code development. Extensive knowledge of the D365 suite and CRM integrations. Familiarity with web technologies: .NET, C#, JavaScript, CSS, HTML.
