The team comes from a mix of backgrounds. From ex-estimators with a wealth of industry knowledge, to developers and marketers with no estimating experience. But everyone has a lot to offer and are full of ideas and enthusiasm. Benefits include Remote working from within the UK with all the equipment you need 25 days holiday, plus your birthday and a month's paid sabbatical every three years Training and development that will benefit you and the company Social events (roughly every quarter) to make sure you get to know the team To apply Email rachel.wildecountfire.com with the subject line Operations Assistant application. Finally, include any information regarding your notice period / availability to start and salary requirements
