Software Engineer

C#/C++ Software Engineer Copello have partnered with a global defence manufacturer in the recruitment of a C#/C++ Software Engineer to add to their team based in Gloucester/Hertfordshire. Join their team to work with real products, models, and synthetic environments, providing visualisation, demonstrations, verification, validation, and training support. You’ll contribute to advanced distributed simulation in system design and development, enhancing your skills across the development lifecycle. You’ll develop real-time software components, integrating hardware for accurate representations, using agile scrum methodologies. What we’re looking for: Our client are seeking passionate software developers with experience in practical software engineering and C#/C++ development. You should have knowledge in some of the following areas: Real-time software Configuration control Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery or Deployment Unit testing and test-driven development Agile development Salary : £47,000 - £55,000 plus package Hybrid working : 2-3 days per week. Due to the nature of the role, it requires the individual to be a sole British citizen who has, or can be eligible for SC clearance.
