IT Project Manager £45,000 to £50,000 Wolverhampton Onsite/Hybrid (UK Role) An exciting opportunity for an IT Project Manager to join a longstanding organisation in Colchester. This job role offers an opportunity to take charge of major implementations and a chance to work with a collaborative global team. The job position is ideal for someone with a strong background in IT project management as well as ITIL and Agile knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives, and communicate expectations clearly to teams and stakeholders. Plan, schedule, and track timelines, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools. Engage with stakeholders regularly, managing expectations and resolving issues as needed. Estimate resource needs, submit budget proposals, and adjust as required. Recruit and allocate personnel or consultants when necessary. Oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning to execution, including delegating tasks, managing dependencies, and troubleshooting. Conduct post-project evaluations and implement best practices for future projects. Build and maintain critical business relationships to ensure project success. Key Requirements: Education : Degree in IT, management, or related field; PMI or Scrum certifications preferred. Experience : 7 years in project management, including ERP, BI, and CRM implementations. Knowledge : Familiarity with industry frameworks (Agile, ITIL, Lean, etc.). Adaptable to shifting priorities and timelines. Skilled in conflict resolution, stakeholder management, and team motivation. Strong communication, interpersonal, and research skills. Ability to prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments and deliver successful outcomes.
