Job Title: Dynamics Business Central Pre-Sales Consultant Location: Hybrid Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Salary : Up to £75k benefits (DOE) Role Overview: As a Dynamics Business Central Pre-Sales Consultant , you will represent client as the key contact for prospective clients, gathering customer requirements and presenting tailored sales proposals. Your role involves showcasing Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and relevant third-party add-ons to demonstrate value for money. You will work closely with the sales team to meet targets and ensure client satisfaction through professional engagement and effective problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for new sales prospects, delivering a customer-focused approach. Gather client requirements and create relevant proposals using expert knowledge of Dynamics Business Central. Collaborate with the sales team to respond to proposals, tenders, and functional requirements within deadlines. Conduct product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts tailored to client needs. Assist customers and prospects in building business cases and ROI proposals. Technically qualify sales opportunities and provide input during sales meetings. Stay up-to-date with Business Central developments and related technologies. Attend customer and prospect sites across the UK as needed. Manage changing priorities using excellent time management skills. Lead the Sales to Operations handover process for successful opportunities. Person Specification: Strong communication skills, customer-focused, and solution-oriented. High commercial awareness of ERP and financial systems. Microsoft partner experience- desirable. Proven experience in sales, target-driven environments, and Dynamics NAV/BC. Accountancy qualifications or public sector sales experience are desirable.
