As a backend developer, you will be responsible for developing and optimising backend services to ensure they are secure, scalable, and high-performing. You will build RESTful APIs and microservices that integrate seamlessly with frontend applications and third-party services while working on cloud-based infrastructure to support a global payments system. Collaboration with DevOps teams will be key in streamlining CI/CD pipelines and ensuring smooth deployments. What We’re Looking For Two or more years of hands-on backend development experience in Node.js. Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and high-performance query optimisation. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps workflows, and monitoring/debugging tools.
