Job title : Sales Apprentice Location: Wilden, Bedford (On Site) Hours: Monday to Friday - 09:00 - 17:30 (60 Minute Break) Salary: Up to £16,500 DOE Benefits About us: Conquest Wildman is a rapidly growing provider of Cyber Security, Automation & and IT managed solutions to UK businesses. This is role will support our commercial and operational teams providing the opportunity for you to contribute to the sales cycle and gain a real grasp of the backend operations of a business. The nature of Sales means the role is very varied in our business. We are a small team, which provides a unique opportunity to see the entire lifecycle of how our business operates. You have access to all team members across the vary teams and have an incredible opportunity to grow. Whilst it is impossible to provide an exhaustive list of tasks, we would be looking for someone to work with us on: Work with our commercial team to prepare quotations. Manage the order processing lifecycle, from procurement, to checking in stock and notifying the relevant manager it is ready for booking. Answering of operational / sales queries via phone or working with the relevant team to fulfil such requests. Assist the commercial team in carrying out the renewal process for annual products purchased by our customers. Obtain up to date pricing, prepare the quotation and update the recurring invoices and asset warranties. Monthly reviews of product / service quantities and "true up" customer invoices where automation is not possible. Continuously working within internal SLA's to quickly fulfil customer requests. Coordinate events and tasks with our management team. Prepare internal reports for the Operations Manager. Prospecting for customers, including cold outreach and assisting with our marketing efforts. Required Experience / Qualifications Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Maths Grade 9-4 and English Grade 9-4 (or equivalent). Have own transport and happy to occasionally travel for work. Academic Qualifications You will be enrolled onto a Customer Service Specialist apprenticeship and be provided opportunities for technical and sales training. Our Interview Process We understand that it is nice to know what the recruitment journey looks like before you embark on it. If we feel like you could be a good fit for the team, we have a 2-stage interview process. 1st Stage – Microsoft Teams Interview This stage is a brief call to obtain a better understanding of your current experience, qualifications and aspirations. It is also an opportunity for you to find out more about us and the role we have available. If after this call we both feel it could be a good fit, you will be invited to the next stage. 2nd Stage – Assessment (On-Site) This stage is an invitation to our offices, whereby you will be asked to complete theoretical assessments in our training centre. The assessments are to check for the required abilities required to fulfil this position. 3rd Stage – In Person Interview As part of our 3rd stage, you will be invited into our offices in Wilden and have a chance to meet some more team members. There will be specific questions relevant to the position in which you are applying for. These will be relevant to your experience level. After the 3rd stage, our interview panel will review your application again and let you know the outcome as soon as possible.
