Senior Sail Point Developer

Position Overview: We are seeking a SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer to design, develop, and configure Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. This role involves customizing workflows, integrating systems, and developing secure access controls to manage user identities. The developer will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure system functionality, and provide continuous support. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and configure IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. Customize workflows, integrate systems, and implement secure access control mechanisms. Write custom code using Java, JavaScript, and SQL for development and system customization. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and troubleshoot any issues related to IAM solutions. Ensure alignment with security practices, compliance regulations, and IAM principles such as user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and identity governance. Develop and implement scripts using web technologies (HTML, CSS, APIs) and scripting languages (PowerShell, Python). Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IAM solutions. Core Competencies: Strong understanding of IAM principles including user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and identity governance. Expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ, with a focus on customizing workflows, managing integrations, and setting up access controls. Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and SQL for development and system customization. Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, APIs, and scripting languages like PowerShell and Python. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills. Familiarity with security practices and compliance regulations. Qualifications: Experience in software development. Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and compliance practices. Strong knowledge of IAM principles and relevant technologies.
