Job Title: Global HR Systems Support Specialist Location: UK Remote Reporting to: Global Head of HR Systems Job Summary We are a global company and matrix organisation undergoing a significant transformation program, and this role will be helping to roll out and support an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) in nearly 50 countries. Job Responsibilities Support the Country Process Owners in all regions and countries using iCIMS Support the continuous improvement of iCIMS Create reports and dashboards within iCIMS Carry out system and user audits for the iCIMS environment Liaise directly with the iCIMS technical and support teams on behalf of Swissport Support the implementation of Dayforce and iCIMS in new countries as well as new modules and functionality Manage iCIMS and Dayforce-related tickets raised via Halo Carry out continuous improvement for Dayforce Conduct regression testing for iCIMS and Dayforce prior to upgrades Adhere to IT change and incident management processes Support the rollout of additional functionality of iCIMS systems including quarterly upgrades/releases. This will include supporting the prioritization and development of system enhancements and breaks/fixes (as part of BAU) and monitoring the functional testing of new features and patches for the business process application Responsible for activities like user account creation and database maintenance (user roles, logins, data cleansing, data purges) for iCIMS system and provide direction, guidance, and training to all country business process owners on user account management Responsible for creating and maintaining configuration workbooks Who we are looking for: Aptitude for learning new systems Experience with customer service and/or user support Fluent Spanish would be an advantage as this role would be supporting users in Latin America Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms would be an advantage
