Salesforce Project Manager - Contract, Outside IR35 Salesforce Project Manager / Salesforce Implementation Manager – Salesforce CRM, Stakeholder Engagement, 3rd Party Vendor / Partner Management, Project Management, Change Management Business Analysis, UAT. Contract, Outside IR35, East London/Essex, £425p/day (Negotiable on Experience). NOTE: This vacancy is offered by the IT Recruitment Division of Comtecs and is based within a Specialist Engineering firm, with HQ based in East London. Well established specialist engineering company operating within the wider construction sector seeks Salesforce Project Manager / Salesforce Implementation Manager to work as the conduit between the business stakeholders and the 3rd party implementation partner who are engaged to deliver the Salesforce CRM and its related modules. The project is in-flight and is nearer the implementation phase. The business seeks an experienced Salesforce Project Manager / Salesforce Implementation Manager to ensure that the consultancy delivers the solution as agreed and that it is fit for purpose.As such, the successful candidate will focus on: Managing the 3rd party delivery partner; setting project milestones Assessing delivery roadmaps and plans, adjusting accordingly Understanding the Salesforce modules, configurations and customisations Assessing suitability of configurations and customisations against project plans/needs Issue, risk and cost/budgetary management, change management, mgmt. reporting Issue and conflict remediation to ensure smooth delivery Creation of UAT scripts and management of UAT We are searching for a Salesforce Project Manager / Salesforce Implementation Manager / Salesforce Consultant who can demonstrate a mix of relevant skills and experience from: Salesforce CRM systems implementation Salesforce project delivery, customisation and configuration Robust Project Management, 3rd party delivery partner management Stakeholder engagement, status reporting Issue, risk and cost/budgetary management, change management Business Analysis aspects inc UAT test case creation / UAT management You will possess excellent communication skills, ability to work to and guide various parties towards deadlines and experience working within Waterfall, Prince and Agile/Scrum project management methods. Due to the nature of the business and the modules which will be delivered the large majority of this work will need to be undertake onsite at the clients premises in East London/Essex and at other sites. As such, a driving license and car will be required. This is an initial 3 month contract which is anticipated to be Outside IR35.As such, you will need to be established to be able to take on such assignments including appropriate insurance coverage. Weekly turnaround of invoices available.
