We are hiring for our client in the financial services industry. Duration: 6 months (extendable) Project: Supporting the Global Acceleration Team in identifying opportunities for digital transformation and migrating Adobe Managed Services from on-prem to a cloud platform. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Support digital transformation initiatives, including the migration of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) from on-prem to cloud. Act as a liaison between the business community and IT teams to deliver technical solutions. Aggregate, analyze, and organize large volumes of data to derive actionable insights. Develop and execute test plans to ensure business needs are met. Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing systems and processes. Ensure data integrity and compliance with corporate data governance policies. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables are met. Work within Agile frameworks and document user stories in JIRA. Solve complex technical problems and propose innovative solutions. Required Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst within financial services . Strong technical knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) , including experience with AEM migration to cloud . Experience with cloud migration projects . Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA for writing user stories. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and research innovative solutions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience working in a highly matrixed organization . Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field . Certifications such as IIBA or CBAP are advantageous.
