Day To Day Responsibilities: 2 Levels of Service Desk Support before it's brought to this candidate within this team Supporting Internal Users tackling their Windows 11 Upgrade issues Must Have: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (ideally an enterprise level organization) L1-3 Support in Troubleshooting Windows 11 (performance problems, disc space clean ups) Strong Communication/Organization/Planning/Customer Service Skills Strong Analysis experience Strong Desktop Support Experience Understands SCCM Pay rate: $35-$40/hr Without Benefits
