Position Details: Industry: Mortgage / Financial Industry Job title: Program Manager Location: McLean, VA 22102 (Hybrid : Tuesday - Thursday in office) Duration: 9 Months Possible Extension Start date: ASAP Must Haves: Must have program management experience (macro-level management of multiple projects/groups of stakeholders). Must be proficient with MS Office Suite and Jira. Should be familiar with agile methodology. Planview would be a plus. Experience in: Running complex projects with small-size budget and scope spanning across several systems -Running projects using software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodology, Application Maintenance Change Process (AMCP) and project management life cycle (PMLC) Strong experience in project management processes: Budget management and resource management Communication Risk management Scope and change request management Schedule management Internal controls and quality management Excellent communication, influencing and collaboration skills Good organization, presentation and customer service
